Double wall oven

Hi Rabbi,

Am I correct that an appliance like this HBL5651UC can be used for meat and dairy at same time as long as meat is being heated in one of this appliance’s ovens and dairy in the other? Thank you Rabbi.

I’m not sure I understand your question.

All of our ovens today have a venting system. And as such there is no problem with cooking meat / dairy simultaneously as long as there is enough room between your pots that there would not be any spritz from one to the other.

Hi do you mean one may have a cheese cake and a meat roast in the oven at the same time ?

That is precisely what I mean.
The only concern is spritzing from one to the other.
If they are far enough away and/or not on top of each other (on different racks) whereby there won’t be any transfer then it’s absolutely no problem.

Hi Rabbi. What about using same oven at same time to bake meat and also bake fish? Thank you Rabbi.

Continuing with this question- covered vs uncovered simultaneously baking dairy and meat in the same oven is not an issue ?
