Eating on erev Pesach

  1. Can I eat eggs and the like cooked in an all year round pot on erev Pesach ?
  2. Can a sfardic rice eater eat rice cooked in a non Pesach oven on erev Pesach ?

This is a loaded question, but the simple answer is, If it was cooked when it was within 24 hours of a chometz cooking, you can’t eat it after the time of eating chometz, unless you know there was 60 times what was in the pot. Otherwise its edible on Pesach once it was cooked already.
If you’re asking can I use a pot that wasn’t koshered, erev Pesach, the answer is no
