Can you please post halachos of eruv tavshilin.

  1. What food should it be made on?
  2. What if someone forgets?
  3. Does the food need to be eaten and by whom?

1 A Matza and an egg is perfect.
2 You get a one time reprieve and can depend on your Rabbi who includes all his congregants in his own Eruv Tavshillin
3 Nope, but it can be eaten by anyone, specifically on Shabbos
