I had an interesting discussion with someone, and I was wondering if the Rabbi had anything to say on the matter:
if a non-observant Jew lights the pilot light of a stove or oven, does that make the food cooked by him subject to bishul akum?
is the wine touched by a non-observant Jew subject to stam yaanum?
Thank you
Why one and not the other? Don’t they both have the same issue of “chasanut”?
The laws pertaining to wine of a non-jew are generally stricter. There’s another reason for Stam Yeinam besides intermarriage. It’s the concern that the wine may have been used for some form of idol worship.

If I am not mistaken, the Rav holds that wine is only a problem when poured and not when only touched. Is this correct?
If the actual wine was touched (not the bottle) that would be a problem
