Franks Hot Sauce:
Ingredients:
Aged Cayenne Red Peppers, Distilled Vinegar, Water, Salt And Garlic Powder.

Baker’s Choice Vanilla Custard:
Water, sugar, corn syrup, modified food starch, palm oil, locust bean gum, carrageenan, agar agar, glucomo delta lactone, titanium dioxide, salt, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate as preservatives, sodium acid sulfate, natural and artificial flavor, fdc yellow #5, fdc yellow #6

First one I’m not sure.
Second one Kosher for Pesach for all

I just called the company (for the Frank’s) They told me that because of allergy reasons if the vinegar was wheat based they are required to list -“may contain wheat ingredients”- Since it doesn’t say anything it’s gluten free.

Is that sufficient?

the problem is that vinegar from wheat can still be declared gluten-free.

If it was ok in previous years then is it possible they changed the type of vinegar they use?

That’s one ingredient that changes more often than one would like.
