Are buying fresh vegtables allowes during chol ha moed. Like gai lan, broccoli, bok Choo. Etc even though they are sprayed with bottles (water in guessing) and they are out in the open in crates?
You may buy fresh vegetables on chol hamoed but bare in mind that the vegetables you listed may have bug infestation issues.
Fresh broccoli from a grocery can not be eating all year because of the bugs and cleaning broccoli is impossible too. You can however buy broccoli from companies like Bodek or Pardes that do not have bugs.
