The meat i have in the freezer, purchased before “kosher for passover” meat is available- can it be used on pesach? is there a worry that it was cut with a non- kosher for passover knife or on a not kosher for passover surface?
As long as it is raw meat, it’s fine.

What about kibbe rolls and balls?
That might be a problem. You need to know that they don’t add any flour or similar.
