Can I use these for meat and dairy? They are class but have a rubber ring inside the top of the cover
They should be designated for one or the other. Not regularly switched between the two.
Regarding Koshering, they wouldn’t need Koshering if you decided to switch between milk and meat. They should obviously be clean and not have any buildup in the crevices.
