Hi, may I check if this product is Kosher?

Ingredients:
Noodle: White rice flour, potato starch, water, alginic acid ester, vitamin B2 (color), modified starch Soup Base: Water, creaming powder, fermented rice seasoning, salt, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, gluten free soy sauce, flavoring oil, vegetable oil, sugar, yeast extract, brewed vinegar, napa cabbage extract powder, garlic, ginger, caramel color, guar gum, seasoning, modified starch [Soup Contains: Dairy, Soy, Corn, Yeast]

Do I have to check the source of their brewed vinegar to make sure it’s not from grape?

They are made in Japan, but in an ISO 9001-certified Gluten Free factory.

The soup base stated to be vegetarian, and free of egg, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, shell fish.
