A hot ceramic vessel was accidentally placed while hot (not hot enough to burn the finger holding it but not sure if it was yad soledet bo) on a clean, non-kosher tray by accident. There was hot steam and water on the outside of the vessel that came in contact with the tray.
The non-kosher tray was never used in direct contact with any food, although there’s no guarantee if any non-kosher grease or liquid may have spilled onto it years before (before we started keeping kosher).
Is my ceramic vessel still kosher?
Thank you.
