We will be going away after the seders, and my housekeeper of 15 years will be staying in the house alone. Ideally, I know that we should close the house, but she has no where else to go. She only sleeps here. Does she have to abide by the pesach laws, and only eat the kosher for pesach food in my koshered kitchen? Or can she eat the (sold) hametz that remains in the (closed) pantry when we are gone on the regular year round plates, etc.
