No need to kasher the stove or the sink. Clean them well and you can use them immediately for Pesach foods.
Oven can be used for Pesach food right after you kasher it. You can kasher it immediately after you clean it. It doesn’t make a difference how recently you used it for chametz.

If I use the self-clean setting to clean the oven (once I have cleaned it as best I can by hand), do I need to run it a second time to kasher it?
Nope. The self clean also kashers it
