Shalom. I was intrested in how to kasher a stovetop and stove, it has a electric stovetop the kind that the metal heating element cannot be removed to kasher. How would I go about kashering it? And the inside of an oven, how would I kasher that?

Turn it on high for several minutes till it gets good and hot. That works for both.

Do I need to place a pot of water over the burners? If yes, do I use a pesach pot or chametz one.
No need
