How does the Rav understand Hozer VeNeor? Is it an issue for Ashkenazim? (Does he write about this in Ohr Yishaq?) And if so, does this present a difference in terms of relying on ingredients as opposed to hechsherim for Pesah specifically? Thank you
Here is the short answer
It’s in the Shulchan Aruch Siman 447 Seif 4. It’s muttar for Ashkenazim also in cases where it was mixed in before Pesach.
