Hugging Opposite Gender Family Members (Aunts, Uncles, Cousins)

Shalom!

What is the Rav’s opinion on hugging opposite gender family members, like Uncles, Aunts, and Cousins?

I also wanted to add that if, for example, I go to a wedding and see extended family, at what point is there an issue of Shomer Negiah?

Hugging or kissing opposite gender family members is prohibited. This includes Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, and siblings.

Is the Rav ever מיקל like the Bach on this?

No.
