May I use an induction stove top for both meat and dairy? In addition, is there something that I need to do to the stove top when switching from meat to dairy? Finally, if something spills from a path onto the stove top, is this problematic in anyway? If so, how do I address this? Thank you!
You may, but the pots and pans still need to be seperate for Milk and meat.
If something spills, just clean it well. That is all
