Apparently you can eat ramen noodles without pouring hot water on them. Some people like the crispy effect. If they are edible without cooking in hot water, does that mean that you can pour hot water on them on Shabbat? I am referring to the different dry ramen noodle soup cups where you pour in hot water and then let it sit for a few minutes then eat. They do have other ingredients like dry corn and some dry powder at the bottom of the cup. Thank you in advance for your guidance.
It’s ok. Same as instant oatmeal
Unlike regular ramen noodles, the “fat free” version are not edible until they have steeped in the hot water for a good few minutes. Does that make a difference?
Not a problem
