Is Flash Pasteurization equivalent to Mevushal?

If a company does flash pasteurization to their grape juice, is the grape juice now considered mevushal? Assuming the answer to the above question is yes, what temperature does the grape juice have to reach during the pasteurization in order to be considered mevushal?

thanks,

Matt

Yes
125

I noticed this post from Aug 11:

R .Abadi holds that anything past 130 degrees Fahrenheit is already is considered to be safek bishul and thus muttar for Stam Yeinam, since it’s a safek derabbanan. See attached photo.pasteur temp

So which temperature is it? 130 or 160?

The 165 was a typo. Edited.
Safek bishul is in the 125-130 Fahrenheit range
