Kasher Dutch Oven

I have a Dutch oven which is a very heavy cast iron pot and lid which was used for meat.

I would like to kasher it to make it parve. How can I do this?



Was it used to cook? Grill? If this is a metal pot used for cooking, then a simple Hagalah would be enough. If you made things in it that did not require liquid, then a libun would be required.

*Hagalah - fill the pot with water, close the cover and put on high flame until water boils and steams up pot.

*Libun - Put in oven on high temperature until really hot
