I have a home I’m staying in that has a treif kitchen. I know how to kasher most things like stove, microwave, countertops, sink. I don’t know the proper way to kasher a dishwasher. It is plastic on the inside. It has been left unused for more than 24 hours. I have washed it on high long cycle empty. I cleaned the bottom but not the filter since I’m not sure how to clean the filter. Could you explain how to kasher according to Sephardi halacha?
