How would I Kasher a gas grill like the one in the picture? Is putting it on for a half hour good enough or is more than that needed? If that’s enough then when do we say that Libun gamur is you need to burn it until it’s red hot that sparks come out.

30 minutes on the hottest is fine. Just keep in mind that it will take a little while to heat up.
Can the Rav explain when is it that we need to do the libun gamur that’s brought down in סימן תנ״א of making the metal red hot that sparks would fly out?
