Someone who, because of a medical condition, cannot attend synagogue on Shabbat or Holidays. (Weekdays he goes by car, so no problem). He is wondering if he can, or if there is any point in reciting Kol Nidrei by himself. Obviously, there is no hatarat nedarim without a Beit Din, but can Kol Nidrei be recited as a sort of prayer even b’yachid?
Kol Nidrei should only be said with a Minyan.
