Are the freeze dried strawberries and blackberries kosher?
Problematic.
I’m sure you’ve answered this elsewhere, but I can’t find it. Why, if the bug breaks into pieces, as they do very easily–the carapaces are fragile to freezing–isn’t it batul? And tizku l’mitsvot–this website is an island of sanity where I can get the truth even if I don’t always like it. 
If it’s true that the freezing process breaks down the bugs into pieces it would be batul. But we have not verified that always to be the case. If you can prove it to us that would be a huge help.
