Typically these are eaten filled with something. Similar to the picture on the package. In that case the Rabbi said to make a bracha on the contents. So if it’s salad - Haadamah.

Thank you. Is it any different if you’re using it in lieu of bread ( for instance for a tuna sandwich) ?
