I accidentally used my parve knife (used within 24 hours) to cut leeks on a fleishig cutting board (not used within 24 hours)

What is the status of the knife, is it still parve?

Are leeks considered davar charif?

Can you please provide the Rov ztl opinion on which items are considered davar charif today?

Not Charif.

The Rabbi held that today’s onions and garlic are not either. “Chiltis” is. And not sure what else would fit into that category today.
