Dear Rabbis,
We are making aliyah soon and we are not sure if the future tenants of our apartment in the USA will be Jews.

Remove mezuzot before leaving?

If so, when should we remove them?

If the apartment we will moving to (rented) already has mezuzot, is there a requirement to remove current mezuzot and put new ones if there is any safek? (owners are hilonim)

If we need/wish to put new mezuzot in the new apartment, other than the beraha, are the pesukim required?
