What would be the correct bracha for Matza toffee?
(Hot caramel is poured over Matza, then chocolate. It’s broken into much smaller than kzayis sized bites once cooled)
If it was regular Matzah that you had then it retains it’s bracha of hamotzi. Same with croutons. Croutons made from old bread is hamotzi. Bread baked for croutons would be mezonot.
