If you forgot to wash Mayim Achronim…and you remeber somewhere in the middle of benching, what are you required to do?

I would think its too late. You can’t stop to do anything while benching.

May I ask what does"I would think" means?.
There may be some liquid left in your drinking cup - stop for a second and pour some on your hands.

It means this isn’t a psak from the rabbi. I’m calculating that the rabbi would hold this way because of the halacha that it’s forbidden to hold anything or do anything while benching.

So because of Melach Sodom, are you still required to wash even AFTER you finished bentching
