Mezonos or Hamotzi?

The dough is kneaded with water and apple juice but before it is baked raisins, cinnamon, and, and walnuts are added. The consistency of the dough is not like bread but also not like typical cake, similar to a babka. I would not be kovea seudah on it. I treat it like cake but as I wrote above it is somewhere in the middle.

Its difficult to answer this question without seeing the actual product. I’ve seen “cake/bread” similar to the above product and in some cases it was Hamotzi and others mezonot.
