What is milkfat & does it make the product dairy? It is listed as an ingredient in Lindt Excellence Chili Dark Chocolate Bar: Sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, milkfat, soya lecithin (emulsifier), chili extract, artificial flavoring. Also is it K4P?
I’ll assume it is dairy unless proven otherwise. I have no data to suggest that it is inedible or something. It is a part of milk.
