Mistakenly saying amida shel chol on Shabbat

Hi. I’m ashamed to say that sometimes I go on autopilot and on amida shel Shabbat, I catch myself saying the brachot of chol (ie chonen hada’at, selach, etc). What do I do when I suddenly realize I did that? Do I start over?

No need to start over. Finish the bracha you are saying and start the shabbos portion from there.
The reason is that technically the weekday brochot are still part of the shabbos amida but we don’t say them (for a variety of reasons)

But if you finished the weekday amida on shabbos you WOULD have to repeat the shabbos amida again.
