Answer - No, A non Jewish name is never given at the bris.
As to the broader issue of a non Jewish name- The Rav was not supportive of the view that a non Jewish name is even necessary. He once said, have you ever heard of a Chinese couple that forgo their ethnic names for an American version. Let us learn from that. Surely our heritage is more than worth perpetuating. As a reminder, the Rabbi’s have taught the the Children of Israel merited the Exodus from Egypt for 3 reasons. One of them was because they refused to change their names to Egyptian names. They were ever so proud of what separated them from their hosts. Surely we today in this anti-climate, have ample reason to cleave to our heritage.

Actually moshe was the name from bat parho but the Torah says why is it his name MOSHE because she said כי מן המים משיתהו

And about Yoseph, his father named him, Yoseph, and every time when the Torah talked about him, was Yoseph, even though he had a Egyptian-name which the Egyptian gave him but the Torah describes him always with the name of Yoseph
