I read a Halacha recently that Maran Ovadia Yosef holds that if one enters a bathroom, they must wash after because a ruach ra’ah resides there. What if the toilet seat is down? Is that still the case? I enter the bathroom to take things in and out a lot (ie laundry etc) so constantly having to wash after is a bit daunting.
That would be relevant only in the bathrooms that toilets have big tanks under them and it smalls from whats there, not when you flush after each use
