If one goes to the bathroom during a meal, does he say “al netilat yadayim” upon washing again? I had always learned that we wash without a brachah, but I can’t think why that should be. Would there be a difference between “1” and"2"? Would there be a difference if he still intends to eat bread, or is ready for dessert?
If you intend to continue eating, you need to wash again. For Ketanim - no bracha. For Gedolim - with a bracha.
