Being that non-alcoholic beer must list ingredients according to FDA regulations (unlike alcoholic beverages which do not), would there be more to go on when deciding if a specific beer is kosher based on the listed ingredients (even if the same brewery may use non-kosher ingredients in a different product, which seems to be the issue with regular alcoholic craft brews)?
For example, the “Upside Dawn” variety from Athletic Brewing lists the following ingredients:
Water, Malted Barley, Oats, Hops, Wheat, Yeast.
I have attached a picture as well, and here is the link to the company. I haven’t explored all of their other options, but they seem to have seasonal and experimental brews as well.
