Touching the wine itself is a problem or pouring the wine. Not touching or moving the bottle. And certainly not looking at it, which many people believe is actually a problem.

Question is if putting a drop of water into the bottle makes it like an inferior wine like a mevushal bottle, thereby taking away the issue of a gentile touching the bottle
