Noosa yogurts used to be certified by the OU. However, recently they changed the ingredients, which seems to be the reason that the OU removed the certification.
As per the website, these are the I ngredients: Grade A Pasteurized Whole Milk, Cane Sugar, Vanilla Blend (Cane Sugar, Water, Tapioca Starch, Pure Vanilla Extract, Vanilla Bean, Natural Flavor, Pectin, Lemon Juice Concentrate), Wildflower Honey, Kosher Gelatin, Pectin, Live Active Cultures.
