Is it possible to use this pizza oven for meat, and for milk?
The pizza would go directly on the oven, which according to the site is made of Cordierite Stone.
Oven reaches 900 degrees.

If not, could i buy a replacement stone, and use one for meat and one for dairy?
Thank you
If you use one stone for dairy and one stone for meat it would be ok. Using the same stone for both is a problem.
Can these type of ovens be koshered for Pesach? Also if the stone is on the bottom of the oven, and there is a shelf reaches the full length and breadth of the oven above that with a grill over it for the meat to sit on, such that no meat can splatter on the stone, can the oven be used for meat and milk (separately) like that? Thank you
To Kosher it, you would heat it up (you mentioned 900 degrees above) for half an hour.
You can use the oven for milk and meat separately if the milk doesn’t sit on the same grill as the meat. Or if you Kosher in between.
Sorry, I have another question just to make sure I understand. Can the stone remain in the oven over Pesach if the oven has been heated up for koshering and the oven used for meat on a separate grill as described (no direct exposure to the stone)? (My brother said he can’t remove the stone from his oven but wants to kosher it for meat use on Pesach). Thank you.
