What is this? The item is kosher dairy, but if its bread, it cannot be eaten as dairy bread is prohibited.

It’s the same type of item but not same item. I was just showing what pannatone is…it’s the ancestor to american fruit cake.
The picture above is cake and ok.
If it was bread it would be different.
