Parmela and Miyoko Vegan cheeses

Hi. Is Parmela creamery plant based smokey Gouda kosher:
(cashew milk, Coconut oil, modified food starch, sea salt, liquid smoke, kanjac, xanthan gum, lactic acid, yeast extract, beta carotene, annatto extract, cultures).
And Miyoko’s pepper jack vegan cheese:
(cultured oat milk, navy beans, garbanzo beans, coconut oil, brined jalapeno vinegar salt, tapioca starch, natural flavors, calcium sulfate, cultured dextrose, Sea salt, konjack, locust bean gum, xanthan gum, yeast extract) kosher?
