(I submitted this before, but it didn’t post yet. In meanwhile, did a bit of research so figured I’d repost with that as well.)
Received a gift basket which had Pear’s Gourmet Hazelnut Ground Coffee. There are no ingredients listed on the package so I reached out to the company.
They first responded that it’s not kosher certified. Asked them to send me ingredients. They sent me an update that the ingredients are roasted coffee and hazelnut flavoring from a company called Flavorchem. Flavorchem actually provided them with hashgacha certificate for the flavoring so I know the flavoring is kosher now. They said they have a company that roasts and flavors the coffee off-site for them (private label). I assume this is kosher but wanted to doublecheck.
