Previous question on mosquito netting for Sukkah

This is the item to which I referred. It turns out I found a reference to Ohr Yitzchak או"ח רכד
לתת רשת תחת הסכך where the Rav says its ok. Just want to make sure this material is ok and no difference, on or under Schach and I’m reading it right.

Top and bottom closer to the schach is ok
