In one style of persian pilaw a large peice of bread (like one layer of a large size pita) placed at the bottom of the rice, oil added and when is cooked it becomes like crust. The rice is the primary ingredient. Is mezonot blessing on the rice enough or you need to wash and say hamotsie?
