I ordered an item from amazon which was delivered to my neighbor. I sent them an email informing them of their error,
the person who read the email misunderstood the issue and sent out a replacement.
I responded and let them know that I had the item
they told me they would cancel the replacement,
they sent the replacement item anyway
am I required to bring the replacement to a UPS store and send it back or may I keep it?
