Is Nishiki sushi rice kosher for Pesach? Ingredients: milled rice (product of USA)

Is Great Value Jasmine rice kosher for Pesach? Ingredients: Jasmine rice

I usually rinse all my rice before making it, do I need to do something else if I am making it on Pesach? Do I need to check all the rice before Pesach or can I check it as I am making it during chag/chol hamoed?

Kosher for pesach for sephardim. No need to check before Pesach.
