Rinsing a baby wipe on Shabbos

I did not prepare enough baby wipes before Shabbos. Is it permissible to rinse a used baby wipe so it can be reused on Shabbos?

I’m assuming you would squeeze it out first and then moisten it. That would not be okay

That would be assur becuz it’s Libun. Cleaning something
