What – if any – is an appropriate vegetarian substitute for Head of Fish to incorporate into a Sephardic Rosh Hashana Seder? Thanks!
One does not need to actually eat the fish head on Rosh Hashanah. It is enough to see it on the table in order to say the yehi ratzon.
