In some shuls when a Sefer Torah is donated or given for use the shul asks for a scan of some pages for insurance purposes and theft. Can you recommend someone who does this type of work?
I’m sorry but I don’t know anyone that does that. I will contact all the other moderators and if anyone knows anything, they’ll post it. I would recommend you speak to a Sofer or a tech guy.
