Is there a way to use an electric stove, with G.E. shabbos mode type oven/stove on yom tov?
Not sure why you would need a Shabbat mode on Yom Tov.
I am curious about your answer to Rifkie when she asked about using Sabbath mode on her oven during yom tov. Are you saying that Sabbath Mode is unnecessary on yom tov and that we can turn it on/off normally?
For the purposes of cooking, you can raise the fire or reduce the flame as needed for cooking just as you do with gas.
