I know some people hold that this year erev Shabbat and Rosh Chodesh it is permitted to shave and or get a haircut, despite the regular Omer restrictions. What is the Rav’s position???
The Rav allows shaving and haircuts this Thursday and Friday since Shabbat is also Rosh Chodesh this year.
